This policy would cover scheduled equipment or it could cover as a blanket policy. This policy can also be endorsed to cover leased or rented equipment.
Commercial Auto Insurance
Commercial Auto Insurance helps cover the costs of an automobile accident if an employee of your business is at fault. The insurance can include coverage for damaged property and medical expenses, even in the event of a fatal accident.
Builder’s Risk Insurance
This policy would cover a builder or contractor while the project is under construction. This can be for residential or commercial structures. Once the project is completed, it would move to the proper property coverage policy.
Beach/Coastal Property Insurance
Beach/Coastal Property Insurance provides coverage for beach homes, rentals, and condos. These properties can be occupied, vacant, under construction or rented.
Over the Road Insurance
Commonly called 18 wheelers — This policy would cover what your state required for liability. You can then add what you are required to carry by contract. This policy can include cargo, reefer breakdown, and trailer interchange. Every client’s needs are specific to contract. Make sure that you are in the know as to what your policy does and does not cover.
Expeditor or Hot Shotter Insurance
This policy would cover a company that moved property from point A to B. Your state and the contract you have may require different coverages and specific language. Most require a higher limit of liability, cargo, trailer interchange and if you have a UIAA Intermodal Endorsement that also will have specific requirements.
